Registration/Tuition

 

Registration for the 2011-2012 school year is currently underway.  Please contact the School office for a registration packet and to schedule of tour of the school. 

 

The School Board is dedicated to a faculty salary structure that would help to keep quality teachers and maintain the excellent educational experience offered at Mater Dolorosa School.   The tuition 2011-2012 tuition rates are as follows:

Tuitions are managed by FACTS Management Company.  Parents have the option of paying the entire tuition up front or having the tuition paid electronically monthly for an annual fee of $41.00.  The tuition payment schedule is based upon 10 monthly payments beginning in August.  Financial assistance is available to qualified families.

Volunteer Requirement

 

Parents/Guardians are required to volunteer 10 hours of service per family at Mater Dolorosa School or Our Lady of the Cross Church.  If a family chooses not to volunteer, a $200 donation to the school will be assessed at year's end.  Areas in need of volunteers are:

  •     Bingo (Contact: Mrs. Tierney - mrs.tierney@mater-dolorosa.com)

  •     PTO & School Functions (PTO meeting attendance does not qualify as volunteer hours)

  •     Spaghetti Suppers

  •     CYO (Coaching and Game Day Help)

  •     School Classroom Volunteer

  •     School Office Volunteer

  •     After School Extra-Curricular Activities

  •     Facilities Improvements (i.e. painting, landscaping, licensed electricians to mount SmartBoards, etc.)
